Café Day Spring: A Modern Café Experience

Café Day Spring is a warm, contemporary café designed as a relaxed social space within an elegant hotel setting. It serves signature coffees, comfort dishes, and handcrafted desserts, with indoor and alfresco seating, and is ideal for casual meetings and catch-ups. Guests can savour favourites such as Spanish Iced Coffee, Toffee Pudding Latte, eggless Biscoff Cheesecake, and the refreshing Litchi Raspberry Entainement. The café accommodates 15 guests indoors and 26 in the outdoor seating area, and offers both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
